We're GetLevrg, a company that helps businesses scale smarter by building offshore teams and systems that run 24/7.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Appointment Setter to help us connect with qualified business owners and book discovery calls.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for starting conversations with business decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and SMS and turning those conversations into scheduled discovery calls.

This isn't a spammy, script-reading role. We're looking for someone who understands nuance, can write well, and is comfortable engaging real business owners in a professional, authentic way. This is a thinking, execution-heavy outbound position.

Responsibilities
  • Send daily outbound messages to B2B decision-makers
  • Follow a defined cadence and adapt messaging based on responses
  • Qualify leads before booking calls (fit, role, context)
  • Book and confirm discovery calls
  • Track conversations, replies, and bookings in Hubspot
  • Report daily activity and outcomes clearly in Slack

Requirements
  • Prior B2B appointment setting or SDR experience
  • Strong written English and professional tone
  • Comfortable making judgment calls without constant supervision
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Hubspot
  • Ability to follow a system and think when the system doesn't apply
  • Strong written English

Compensation
  • $1200 Base pay + performance bonus per qualified show (to be discussed).
  • 30-day paid pilot to evaluate performance, followed by long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Trial Period
  • 30-day paid pilot
  • Continuation based on quality of conversations and booked calls, not just volume
