We are searching for individuals who are proactive and passionate in providing solutions for their client's campaigns. This role acts as point of contact between Summit Outdoor Media and their clients. They build long – lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and help our advertising partners achieve their business goals.
They are expected to build their client base and map themselves to key decision makers in both client and agency side.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Identifying industry trends.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales; preferably in the OOH/Advertising/Media field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
