Job Description:
The Regional Coordinator manages the end-to-end operations of OSP and Last Mile networks within an assigned territory, ensuring infrastructure reliability and strict SLA compliance.
- The incumbent serves as the primary interface for the customer's Operations Lead, delivering daily and weekly updates on operational status, risks, and project milestones.
- By implementing Standard Operating Procedures and analyzing performance dashboards, this role validates operational readiness and drives the swift resolution of maintenance tickets to minimize downtime.
- The position requires orchestrating cross-functional teams and subcontractors through weekly reviews to proactively address gaps and ensure on-time service go-lives.
- The Regional Coordinator is responsible for mitigating launch-blocking issues and maintaining a cohesive operational link between field execution and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years work experience
- OSP/FTTX/Last Mile Field maintenance activity management
- Coordination Skills, People management skills
- Maintenance Management, Spare part management and surveillance
- Project management and control, Quality management, Strong Team Player, Excellent Leadership skills
- Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
- Bachelor Degree Graduate of Engineering
- Willing to work in Davao, Zamboanga or CDO
- Willing to work in NCR (BGC or Makati)
