What Youll Do
- Ensure consistency and fairness in applying the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Draft and update job descriptions to reflect evolving organizational needs
- Conduct job evaluations to determine levels, salary ranges, and reporting structures
- Perform competency assessments aligned with organizational values
- Develop and implement talent attraction and retention strategies
- Oversee onboarding programs for effective integration
- Facilitate performance reviews and career planning for team members
- Apply ADDIE Framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in creating and refining organizational development programs
- Utilize Patricks Framework to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in psychology or human resources management preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in organizational development functions
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational and conflict management skills
- Deep understanding of organizational development principles, including ADDIE and Patricks Framework
