Position Summary:

The OD Specialist supports the design, implementation, and improvement of organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, leadership capability, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role leads mid‑level OD projects, facilitates development programs, drives action planning from employee survey results, and partners with HR and business leaders to implement impactful people and culture interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive OD initiatives: performance management, talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and culture programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
  • Support EOS action planning with analytics, tracking, and pulse checks to enhance engagement.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and blended learning experiences.
  • Provide change management support through communications, leader coaching, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Consult with leaders on culture, performance, and team development challenges.
  • Lead process improvements and manage OD projects aligned with HR strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, OD, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree or certifications in OD, coaching, or change management a plus
  • 3–5 years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, L&D, or HR consulting
  • Strong background in workshop facilitation and post‑survey action planning
  • Expertise in engagement, culture, change management, and leadership development
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability to translate survey data into actionable insights
  • Effective stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems, survey tools, and learning platforms a plus
  • Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite

Preferred Certifications

  • Facilitation / Train the Trainer
  • Change Management
  • Coaching or Team Development
  • Tools for team dynamics or behavioral styles
