Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in organization development, HR operations, performance management, or related roles.
Experience in job design, documentation, and performance management systems is an advantage.
Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
Must be willing to work onsite Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Organization Design & Structure Development: Design, update, and document organizational structures, functional charts, and position charts in alignment with approved organization plans.
Job Design & Documentation: Develop, review, and maintain job descriptions, job specifications, KRAs, and key metrics to ensure role clarity and performance alignment.
Performance Management System (PMS) Support: Support the rollout, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of performance management programs and interventions.
Interventions Development: Design and implement organization development and performance improvement interventions based on identified gaps and data insights.
People & Culture Support: Participate in capability development initiatives and reinforce behaviors aligned with the Company's culture and values.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate organization development records and prepare regular reports on progress, compliance, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of OD initiatives.
Others: Ensure adherence, performance, and completion of all other related tasks and/or special projects assigned within the duration of employment in the company.
