What You'll Do:
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders and the consultant to ensure on-time milestone delivery.
- Consolidate all project deliverables, including documents, feedback, decisions, and approvals, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
- Gather and validate job data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Provide inputs to job architecture and organizational design elements, including job families, role structure, and role mapping.
- Assist in working sessions and validation workshops with functional leaders, as needed (workshops are consultant-led).
- Support the rollout of the job architecture framework, including role mapping across the organization.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 –6 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) or related HR roles.
- Experience in job architecture and organizational design is a plus.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with strong data gathering, validation, and documentation capabilities.
- Experience in data handling and reporting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace applications.
