The OD Manager is responsible for designing and implementing organizational development strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities. With a strong focus on culture building, this role plays a key part in fostering a high-performance, agile, and inclusive culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Culture Development & Engagement
- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives that shape and strengthen a desired organizational culture aligned with the company's values and vision.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, working closely with leadership to embed desired behaviors and mindsets across all levels.
- Design and execute culture audits, engagement surveys, and action plans to improve employee experience.
- Develop and implement internal campaigns, rituals, and recognition programs that reinforce cultural values.
2. Organizational Development Strategy
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs and recommend OD interventions to improve performance, agility, and alignment.
- Lead large-scale change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and sustainable impact.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
3. Talent & Leadership Development
- Design and deliver programs focused on leadership development, team effectiveness, and succession planning.
- Develop tools and resources to support talent reviews, high-potential development, and career pathing.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and team interventions to improve collaboration and decision-making.
4. Performance and Capability Building
- Strengthen the performance management culture by ensuring alignment of KPIs, feedback, and development plans.
- Identify capability gaps and collaborate with L&D to design relevant training interventions.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation to drive business excellence.
5. Change Management
- Develop and execute change management frameworks and communication strategies for key business initiatives.
- Coach leaders on effective change leadership practices to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
