The successful candidate will handle these two primary responsibilities and all other accountabilities relevant to its scope:
1. Strengthen the talent and leadership pipeline - utilizes the interdependencies of relevant talent processes to illustrate the build-up of talent and leadership capability (e.g. leadership development, performance management, culture building, etc.): - Process development - Facilitation of review discussions
2. Partner with stakeholders in org restructuring and in strengthening the culture, values, and other fit-for-purpose behaviors: - Stakeholder engagement and alignment meetings - Educate stakeholders and task teams on org design principles and processes - Lead and monitor change/communication engagement plan
Talent Management -
Experienced in developing and implementing end-to-end Leadership and Talent Management interventions (i.e. HiPo identification and development, leadership assessment and development, succession planning) - Created talent development solutions for diverse talent and leadership segments (e.g. emerging talent, frontline leaders) - Experienced in Talent Review facilitation and Performance Calibrations - Experienced in utilizing Talent Management platforms in drawing out talents from different parts of the organization.
Organization Development - Experienced in org and job re-structuring / re-designing, workforce planning, and culture-building - Experienced in strategic planning design, org-wide change management mitigation plans and communications, evaluation of change initiatives, design of internal change management capability - Experienced in HR-IT enablement initiatives
High-level proficiency in:
- Org design/restructuring assessment, development, and communication
- Facilitation: Senior-level talent reviews, performance calibration, org diagnosis results/action planning discussions
- Talent and leadership assessment and development
- Data gathering, analysis, design, and implementation
- Written and verbal communication skills (i.e. crafting communications for change initiatives in diverse channels)
- Data analysis, drawing out key themes and connecting the dots to business needs - Monitoring and evaluation of change interventions ( e.g. talent, leadership, culture) - Stakeholder management - MS Office applications (PPT, Excel, PM)
Highly proficient in implementing initiatives Has formal education/training in Organization Development / Org Design
