Job Description

POSITION: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

TYPE OF ROLE: Replacement (no further details provided)

DIRECTLY REPORTING TO THE: HR Head

JOB LOCATION: Legaspi Village, Makati City

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (full-time onsite)

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS: 80K to 100K gross per month (all-in | non-negotiable), HMO (employee only), 13th month bonus, life insurance, group accident insurance, 30 days paid time off, annual salary increase (performance-based), performance bonus (depending on company performance and income), plus government mandated benefits

JOB SUMMARY: The OD Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth across trading and distribution operations. The role focuses on driving culture transformation, leadership development, performance management, and change management programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Working closely with business leaders, the OD Manager assesses organizational needs, develops talent strategies, and implements sustainable interventions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced commercial environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Master's degree (MBA, OD, or Organizational Psychology) is highly preferred, but not required
  • Must have organizational development management experience
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing OD interventions, such as performance management, leadership development, and change management programs
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, culture transformation, and employee engagement strategies
  • Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Legaspi Village, Makati City (Mondays to Fridays)
