Position Overview:

OD Lead will be responsible in collating and analyzing data related to programs (process), trend analysis, implementation feedback as necessary for OD strategy formulation, create the implementation plan and specific program calendar, collaborate and finalize creation of new roles, job evaluation, publication and communication to units and other stakeholders for middle junior management roles as per the process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Reporting: Lead data analysis, come up with conclusions and ensure that all data requirements of the senior managers are readily available and completed in time for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Attrition Process: Exit Interview and Attrition Analysis - Conduct exit interviews for Middle and senior managers Review analysis of attrition and provide inputs to Units where corrective action is required. Drive and monitor the roll out of the exit interview process on monthly basis and take corrective action where required ensure effective implementation of the exit process as per the defined standards
  • Career Management and Development: Research and develop various assessment tools and frameworks for promotions/ role changes and career development Develop frameworks for Career Management System(CMS) such as iASPIRE taking relevant benchmarking inputs; Create and facilitate training programs for various CMS initiatives
  • Employer Branding Initiatives, Internal & External: Design and develop internal surveys and benchmarking studies; Design and develop good collateral for supporting evidence on Best Employer Applications, Engage with various stakeholders from Corporate Functions to obtain required data Analyze trends, provide data inputs, ensure appropriate packaging and delivery of external surveys; Develop action plans based on internal and external branding survey by discussing with Unit Delivery Heads, BEF Heads and other functional leaders within HRD;
  • HR Capability Building: Develop and offer courses for HR Capability Building at middle management levels Design and development of content in various HR domains by working with C&B, E&R, ILI, ER, Compliance, Recruitment Teams to improve organizational relevance and value to stakeholders
  • HR SYSTEMS: Provide data and experiential inputs on programs run and relevant data trends, snapshots to OD Practice Managers for Internal consulting opportunities. Develop system-based frameworks and solutions by partnering with internal teams in order to ensure availability & robustness of HR systems for OD processes
  • Internal & External Consulting: Provide data and experiential inputs on programs run and relevant data trends, snapshots to OD Practice Managers for Internal consulting opportunities. Develop frameworks and solutions and work with internal units to provide solutions especially at middle management levels Lead execution of each study, managing external and internal project resources to achieve agreed outputs, quality and deadlines on-time and on-budget; manage follow-up process in order to meet the defined business need for the internal client at middle and junior management levels
  • Organizational Assessments: Detailed analysis of trends and review of reports for the various organizational assessments such as Employee satisfaction, Climate studies, Attrition Analysis, Retention Analysis, Initiative Effectiveness etc.; Segment analysis as and when required across the organization by various groups. Ensuring flow of timely information from various units, systems and corporate functions;
  • Organizational Design and Structuring: Collaborates and finalize creation of new roles, job evaluation, publication and communication to units and other stakeholders for middle and junior management roles in order to Research and assist in the organizational structure and design; Identify and make available secondary research and literature. data, Monitor and update all job descriptions, job evaluation data and related artifacts; Discuss with HR at Unit Level and understand changes proposed and do a first level analysis of alignment with org-design principles; Prepare Board Review data for Quarterly reports on Org design areas such as span of control, role ratios, distribution of key resources.
  • People Management: Do the goal setting, for team as per timelines. Review performance and provide regular feedback to direct and indirect reports on work done, improvements possible and discuss and overcome common work constraints. Set and complete self-development goals and related learning plan for the year for self is completed in order to ensure team satisfaction and development
  • Performance Management and Development: Develop frameworks for Performance Management System(PMS) taking relevant benchmarking inputs ; Be personally involved in development and delivery of training at various PMS stages Review the various ongoing PMS initiatives and guide the team on taking up fresh initiatives ;Engage and work with BPHR, BEF Managers, Unit Delivery Leaders for feedback, orientation, system enhancements Lead and Execute the program of PMS deployment with a project plan and ensure all dependencies are addressed.
  • Process Compliance & Audits: Review data and deliverables as per process defined in order to Create templates and review the process compliance and adherence for assigned program/ initiatives in order to Do a gap analysis at the end of each cycle and come up with recommendation. in order to ensure org-wide roll out as per process set and defined for the specific program.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular communication and feedback loops with Corporate OD to stay in sync on priorities, frameworks, and evolving organizational goals.
  • Translating corporate OD objectives into region-specific initiatives
  • Driving implementation of standardized OD practices across the region to ensure consistency, while adapting where necessary for regional relevance.
  • Be the regional custodian for OD metrics and outcomes ensuring accountability for execution and impact within the region.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership aligning talent, culture, and change initiatives with both corporate vision and regional business needs.

Key Competencies & Skillsets:

  • Experienced OD Lead in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space
  • Looks at data from multiple sources and integrates data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkages to arrive at key issues Arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders to assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution
  • Interacts regularly with key influencers within and outside own organization and uses formal and informal opportunities available to build relationships by working on mutual areas of interest and to achieve laid down objectives
  • Highlights key ideas, checks for listener understanding to ensure clarity Articulates own point of view based on assessment of multiple point of views and is able to justify various aspects of the view in a group situation Assesses the target audience need, prepares and practices a logical flow, employs voice modulation techniques /gestures, answers audience questions appropriately, sticks to timelines
  • Knowledge of Forecasting/Analysis techniques and tools
  • Knowledge of Principles, theories, concepts and models Industry-wide best practices and benchmarks, relevant laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of Organization/unit/geo structure and lines of business, financial parameters and ratios, Strategies and business goals Macro-environment and competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of Performance Management practices and frameworks Methodology and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A passion for people development and a commitment to creating a positive work culture.
  • Amenable to work on-site in BGC, Taguig observing middle shift/schedule
  • Preferably someone who can start immediately, not required
