Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor and report on project performance and outcomes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- You possess a strong leadership ability and organizational commitment
- You're adept in using at least MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- You're highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and is detail-oriented.
- You have high level of maturity and sense of responsibility
- You have the ability to collaborate with others
- You're highly motivated and proactive and unquestionable integrity
Additional Requirements
- You must be willing to work in Naga City, Camarines Sur
- You must be willing to work on night shift schedule and 100% onsite
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in managing B2B collections team
- You have experience in multinational and/or multi-cultural setting.
- Having an extensive working knowledge of SAP/GetPaid/ARCollection is an advantage.
