Our Finance Global Business Services is seeking an Analyst – OTC to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing daily transactional activities, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and service levels. The role supports Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader in delivering efficient credit control, billing, cash application, and collections processes, and plays a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you'll do

  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks – process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
  • Handle customer and internal queries – ensure prompt, professional communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts – support dispute resolution and maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work with Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Finance teams to resolve process issues.
  • Support reporting and improvements – assist in month-end activities, maintain audit readiness, and contribute to process enhancements.

About you

  • 1–3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable (fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds are welcome).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
