Job Description

  • Oversee the full order lifecycle: from processing and release to delivery and closure.
  • Ensure all orders are picked up, delivered, and closed out, with proper documentation attached in Odoo.
  • Maintain constant communication with our trucking partners, LTL carriers, and AM to receive real-time updates and address any delays or issues.
  • Monitor order cancellations and ensure that returned units are properly received and accounted for.
  • Diligently track and manage high volumes of orders with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Resolve order-related issues efficiently and professionally with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Ensure POs are placed to correct vendors and they are seamlessly accounted for.
