Job Description

Oversee the full order lifecycle: from processing and release to delivery and closure.
Ensure all orders are picked up, delivered, and closed out, with proper documentation attached in Odoo.
Maintain constant communication with our trucking partners, LTL carriers, and AM to receive real-time updates and address any delays or issues.
Monitor order cancellations and ensure that returned units are properly received and accounted for.
Diligently track and manage high volumes of orders with a proactive and organized approach.
Resolve order-related issues efficiently and professionally with strong problem-solving skills.
Communicate clearly and consistently across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth order flow.
Ensure POs are placed to correct vendors and they are seamlessly accounted for.
