Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to support the Sales Team by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete processing of customer orders. This role serves as the key link between Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance, helping ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience handling sales or order-related documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in order management, sales coordination, or sales operations support is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and order management or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
