We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist with background in Promotional Products Industry to join our team. This role ensures smooth operations across multiple subsidiaries by overseeing order processing, financial reconciliations, and reporting. You'll manage systems like NetSuite and Shopify, coordinate with offshore teams, and provide administrative support to executives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive and shared inboxes
- Oversee order processing and open order follow-ups in NetSuite
- Record rebates and update accounts receivable weekly
- Conduct monthly margin analysis and payables reconciliation
- Manage RMA requests and credit memos
- Perform landed cost and margin analysis for pricing decisions
- Maintain inventory records and item updates in NetSuite
- Coordinate with offshore teams on leave and ad hoc requests
