Job Description:

RIA Advisory is expanding its operations in the Philippines. This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career with a fast-paced, product-focused organization. You will be trained on an Oracle product called Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), which is a best-selling product for transaction processing, pricing, and billing needs for Tier 1 banks, financial institutions, and healthcare insurance companies.

Key Accountabilities:

• As a Functional Tester, you would get an opportunity to learn and work with Oracle's leading product in the Pricing and Billing domain – Oracle Revenue Management and Billing.

• You would be a part of the product implementation team working with some of the largest

banks/healthcare insurance companies/payments organizations.

• You are expected to be involved in end-to-end functional validation process – right from

understanding the requirements up to end-to-end functional testing.

• Team members are measured by their ability to execute manual and/or automated testing for complex requirements (tasks that require expert level skills based on the number of conditions to be evaluated, number of tables to be accessed, and number of SQL statements).

• Can produce test plans for simple and moderate requirements.

• Acts as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship to staff and associate consultants.

• Partakes in the interview and selection process for staff and associate consultant roles.

• Excellent written and oral skills in terms of issue and risk identification.

• Presentation Skills

• A self-starter with ability and drive to take requirements to completion by managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent and competing challenges, issues, ambiguities, and contradictions.

• Detailed oriented approach towards performance tuning when designing solution for high-volume data.

• Should have ability to learn new technology and functions.
