Oracle SCM, HCM, OIC & Finance | Manager to Director Level

Overview

We are seeking experienced Oracle professionals to join our growing team. These roles cover both functional and technical Oracle modules, supporting full lifecycle implementations, system enhancements, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong domain expertise, hands-on project experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, SCM, EPM, and Integration platforms such as OIC.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Oracle solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system configuration, prototyping, testing, including UAT, and documentation in line with project standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live Oracle systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous optimization.
• Participate in project planning, impact analysis, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to solution design, pre-sales discussions, and proposal development when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, consulting, or support.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more Oracle modules, such as:
• Oracle Financials
• Oracle SCM
• Oracle EPM
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle CX / L2R
• Oracle APEX
• Oracle VBCS
• Proven experience in 1–3 full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly for Senior Associate to Manager levels.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Hyperion is an advantage.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with integration tools and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, SOA, and Oracle Cloud is a plus.
