Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle and SAP professionals to join our growing team. These roles cover both functional and technical modules across Oracle and SAP, supporting full lifecycle implementations, system enhancements, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong domain expertise, hands-on project experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle and SAP ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, EPM/BPC, and Integration platforms (OIC/PI/PO/CPI).
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and integrations.
- Perform system configuration, prototyping, testing (including UAT), and documentation in line with project standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous optimization.
- Participate in project planning, impact analysis, and regular stakeholder updates.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to solution design, pre-sales discussions, and proposal development when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or support.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more Oracle or SAP modules, such as:
- Oracle: Financials, SCM, EPM, OIC, CX / L2R, APEX, VBCS
- SAP: FICO, MM, SD, PP, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Integration (PI/PO/CPI)
- Proven experience in at least 1–3 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (especially for Senior Associate to Manager levels).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Relevant Oracle or SAP certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SOA, Oracle Cloud, SAP BTP, etc.) is a plus.
