Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with database management and SQL for data manipulation.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
Experience in integrating third-party applications with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
This position is based at our Manila office.
