Role Overview
As an Oracle Integration Cloud Lead, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Architect for complex enterprise integration projects. You will lead cross-functional and cross-border teams to design, automate, and optimize data flows within Oracle Fusion ERP environments. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical mastery and high-level solution architecture to deliver reliable, future-proof integration strategies for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex integrations, including OIC, SOA (re-platforming/optimization), and Oracle APEX-based applications
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee all system phasesfrom requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops to UAT support and production go-live
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior consultants and cross-border technical teams, ensuring best practices in code reviews and technical documentation
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop and implement automation for OIC deployment and transaction monitoring using tools like Oracle Developer Cloud and Java-based web applications
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client IT teams and third-party contractors, translating business needs into robust technical integration specs
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with a proven track record as a Technical/Solution Architect or Team Lead in a consulting environment (e.g., Big 4 or top-tier tech firms)
- Technical Mastery:
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA (BPEL/OSB), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Proficient in Oracle APEX, SQL/PL-SQL, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (HCM, SCM, Finance) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) interfaces
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead onsite knowledge transfers, coordinate multi-step integrations, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex system fallouts
