Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Fusion Applications Solutions Architect for Supply Chain Domain to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our supply chain solutions, and the business needs of prospective clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion applications will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance, articulating the capabilities and value of our solutions, and driving new business opportunities. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion to address complex business challenges and build compelling solution proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads end-to-end implementation projects, leveraging expertise in Purchasing, Inventory, Sourcing, Self Service Procurements, Supplier Portal, Maintenance, Manufacturing (Discreate and Process), Product Data Hub, ASCP (Advance Supply Chain Planning) etc. modules to advise clients on best practices, manage risks, and foster strong client relationships.
  • Well verse with cross domain business process flow and functionality align with supply chain, sourcing, ASCP and manufacturing modules to provide solution and act as lead.
  • Lead Solution Design and Presales activities and contribute towards practice development through thought leadership and asset creation.
  • Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements.
  • Conduct detailed and impactful product demonstrations that showcase how our solutions can accomplish client business objectives and resolve complex challenges.
  • Craft comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and implementation strategies tailored to meet specific client needs.
  • Provide insights on solution architecture, estimates, scoping, and deal structuring, contributing to compelling and competitive solution proposals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations to understand strategic objectives and present the value propositions of our solutions.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, Oracle partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to impart valuable insights and enhance solution differentiation.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote understanding and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Develop and keep functional documentation current, including solution architectures, configuration playbooks, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with regional leads to assist in marketing and awareness initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams including Oracle alliances to amplify impact.
  • Instrument is enough to lead data conversion strategy for large and multi country projects.
  • Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the capability of team members.
  • Maintain operational rigor by updating the pipeline with accurate and timely information and identifying business/project risks with mitigation strategies.

Identify opportunities for asset and innovation development, contributing to market differentiators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any equal degree in supply chain and manufacturing related field. Advanced degrees or relevant Implementation certifications are highly desired.
  • Over 15+ years of experience in presales and delivery of Oracle Supply Chain, Sourcing, ASCP and Manufacturing modules of Purchasing, Inventory, Sourcing, Self Service Procurements, Supplier Portal, Maintenance, Manufacturing (Discreate and Process), Product Data Hub, ASCP (Advance Supply Chain Planning).
  • Hands-on exposure in at least 5 Fusion Financials modules from requirement gathering, designing, configuration and fit-gap analysis standpoint.
  • At least 5 full project life cycle experiences involving scoping, estimation, architecture, design, customizations, testing, and deployment covering Fusion Financials applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong presentation skills with a successful track record in client engagement.
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot functional challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, functional teams, and partners to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Oracle Certification in Fusion applications is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements, workshops, and conferences
