We are seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Lead (Supply Chain Management Lead) to join our Shared Services Center and support global supply chain operations through Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams worldwide to enhance, support, and optimize supply chain processes across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Configure and support supply chain modules including Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Inventory.
  • Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to business users, project teams, and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and support existing applications including Oracle OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Forms, and Interfaces.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and resolve system issues within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve system performance and processes.
  • Ensure all work, configurations, and solutions are properly documented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules.
  • Exposure to other Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Procurement and Inventory modules is highly preferred.
  • Experience with system integrations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an advantage.
