Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant Customer & Marketing Platforms to support organizations in implementing and optimizing enterprise customer engagement and marketing technology solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing, commercial, and technology teams to design and implement CRM-driven customer engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing programs, and data-driven customer insights solutions.

You will help translate business requirements into functional platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital engagement channels.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Advisory & Business Analysis

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to customer engagement, CRM platforms, and marketing technology
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and platform solutions
  • Support system implementation and process optimization initiatives

Customer Engagement & Omnichannel Strategy

  • Design and implement customer lifecycle and omnichannel engagement programs
  • Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, in-app messaging, and digital channels
  • Improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives

CRM & Marketing Technology Platforms

  • Support implementation and optimization of CRM platforms and customer engagement systems
  • Manage customer segmentation, marketing automation workflows, and campaign execution
  • Ensure effective integration between CRM, analytics tools, and digital platforms

Data Analytics & Customer Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using analytics and BI tools
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing and customer insights
  • Support data-driven decision making for marketing and commercial teams

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, IT, analytics, and product teams
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
  • Provide functional support during implementation and transformation programs

Qualifications

511 years of experience in CRM, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms

Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations or digital transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, CRM data management, and omnichannel engagement strategies

Experience with analytics and reporting platforms for customer insights

Strong stakeholder management and project collaboration skills
