Role Overview
We are seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant Customer & Marketing Platforms to support organizations in implementing and optimizing enterprise customer engagement and marketing technology solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing, commercial, and technology teams to design and implement CRM-driven customer engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing programs, and data-driven customer insights solutions.
You will help translate business requirements into functional platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital engagement channels.

Qualifications

Experience with analytics and reporting platforms for customer insights
Strong stakeholder management and project collaboration skills
