Oracle Functional Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Functional Consultant, based in Makati. The role involves analyzing business processes, configuring and implementing Oracle applications, and providing system support. The Oracle Functional Consultant will also handle the design and testing of solutions, assist in troubleshooting, and collaborate with different teams to ensure the seamless integration of Oracle systems with business workflows.

• Experience with Oracle modules, including Order Management, Oracle HR, and Procure-to-Pay
• Strong Analytical Skills with a proven ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Knowledge of Business Processes, including workflows and system integration
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Oracle solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in Oracle Functional Consulting is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
