What you'll do:

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the project lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to challenges that arise within your team and across the organization. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Here's what you'll need:

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Experience in system integration and data migration processes.

- Proficient in database management and optimization techniques.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
