About the role: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Financial Consultant to join our team and drive ERP implementation and support projects.
Work Location: Taguig City or Cebu City
Work Shift: Rotational / Flexible Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements using AIM/OUM or similar methodologies
- Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, Taxes, Expenses)
- Lead solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, testing, and training sessions
- Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and conduct trainings
- Support PMO and project delivery
Qualifications:
- 35 years relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion as a Functional Consultant
- Minimum 3 years in Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, Taxes, Expenses)
- 2 years experience in support and full lifecycle implementation (at least 2 implementations)
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
