Job Description:

The EPM Functional Consultant will implement and support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in EPM module, including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM moules.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration specifications.
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
  • Assist with metadata extract, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
