Job Description
Supports and implements Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD).
Responsible to check all the documents prior endorsement to next operation and verified if the instructions were clearly execute and follow.
Responsible to expedite movement of lot from cage operation to be set-up by line and those lots done at probe
Responsible to monitor production downtime of wtg set-up, should be able to provide materials for set-up as identified by scheduler/load operator based on e-board
Responsible to get the identified Hardware (loadboard/probecard) to use for newly convert stations as identified on e-board.
Responsible to ensure proper handling of equipment such as trolley/pushcarts to be used when transporting or transferring lots from cage to identified stations or from rack to cage operation.
Responsible to maintain the proper housekeeping and 5S at all Next lot Rack and ensure lots placed correctly.
Responsible to inform immediate supervisor for emergency situations such as unable to report for work, filing of vacation leaves and sick leaves.
Escalates/ reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor on duty
Requirements/Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal direction
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
Excellent listening skills
Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
Regular and predictable attendance is essential
Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
