Job Description:

.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

o6S activities pre and post shift

oUnderstandandFollowsthe operations specifications andSOP'swithin his / her function area.

oProperly handshakes line status to incoming shifts.

oResponsible for the quality of products and preventing any quality issues in the line. Should always aim for zero lotrejection

oResponsible for handling assigned machines/area and always ensures certification badge is always updated.

oDelivers the required output on his/her assigned area/station, making sure that the parameters required for utilization/capacity areachieved

oEscalates/reports any problems encountered in the line to the Supervisor or lead Operator (in the absence of Supervisor) onduty.

oResponsible to ensure good set-up and isolation on stations with minor problems like set-up or machine related issues in reference to requiredOCAP

oResponsible for handling assignedmachines.

oResponsible that all machine downtime, lot history, splitting and merging transactions( asapplicable) of lots are being carried out realtime.

oResponsible to inform immediate supervisor if not able to report for work.

oParticipate in suggestions programs of the company.

oStrictly follows companyRules and Regulations.

oInitiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety and/or output during his/her shift

Requirements/Qualifications:

. Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
. Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to follow written and verbal direction
. Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
. Excellent listening skills
. Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
. Regular and predictable attendance is essential
. Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
. Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

With knowledge in QFN Operations FOL Die attach process, Wirebond, Mold, Package saw

With experience in any of Front of line Process such as Die attach, wirebond , Mold / Laser Mark / Reflow / Package saw
