Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, control, and monitor daily warehouse operations.
  • Oversee Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) approvals to ensure on-time processing.
  • Manage receiving, put-away, and returns activities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete quarantine and returns trackers, escalating critical issues.
  • Lead outbound operations, including picking, quality check/packing, and dispatching.
  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational standards across all warehouse activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other Locad departments for data and feedback requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and present operational performance data.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and take preventive actions.
  • Provide reports on performance gaps and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • 12 years in warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory).
  • Prior experience as a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor (preferably in e-commerce operations).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Logiwa.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.), and communication tools (Slack, Viber).
