You set the operational pace for how internal attendance, activity reporting, and performance notifications are managed to ensure GoTeam's internal systems remain accurate and reliable. Your work is the foundation of operational transparencyidentifying reporting gaps early, maintaining the integrity of masterfiles, and ensuring both internal leaders and clients have the data they need to make decisions.

This is not a passive administrative role. You own the execution of high-volume data tasks, from deep-dive activity audits to complex timekeeping reports, and are trusted to act with precision when inconsistencies are found. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership of data, value disciplined routine, and enjoy responsibility that directly impacts internal continuity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Operations Support, Workforce Monitoring, Reporting, or People Operations.
• Direct ownership of reports using Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cleaning are mandatory).
• Work context exposure handling attendance systems, timekeeping tools, or employee monitoring platforms (e.g., Teramind, Ashima).
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a fixed night shift (9:00 PM6:00 AM).

STRONG SIGNALS

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Conditional formatting, data analysis).
• Experience with deep-dive audits and providing analysis on activity patterns or outlier behavior.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Macros, Power Automate, or Zapier).
• Background in a client-facing or stakeholder support environment.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Attendance & Timekeeping Management

You own the pulse of internal attendanceensuring every log, call-in, and shift record is accurately captured and reported in real-time.

• Monitor and log call-in notifications and update internal attendance trackers
• Create Attendance and Activity Reports (AAR) and Ashima timekeeping reports
• Update and maintain the client-facing Attendance Tracker and Operations Masterfile

Activity Audits & Productivity Analysis

You own the integrity of performance data, moving beyond simple logging to identify patterns that protect operational standards.

• Create and analyze Teramind activity reports to monitor productivity signals
• Conduct deep-dive audits to provide analysis on patterns and outlier behavior
• Assist Operations Managers and Coaches in creating complex Excel-based performance reports

Operational Notifications & Coordination

You own the communication loop for key lifecycle events, ensuring clients and team members are informed of agendas and milestones without delay.

• Notify new starters and clients of first and second-day agendas using agreed SOPs
• Send Win:Win Performance Review notifications and reports to clients
• Execute recurring client notifications for holidays, birthdays, and operational updates
