Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Quezon City. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and manage a team to meet organizational goals. Regular tasks include supervising staff, implementing operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing operational challenges. The role also involves efficient communication with team members and stakeholders and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with experience developing and implementing processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and workflow optimization
• Strong Communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and quality assurance
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in a leadership capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role is advantageous
