Operations Supervisor

Position description: To assist, oversee, and control the operations of the entire Food Court group in the areas of daily operations, sales, merchandise and stock administration, tenant and customer relations, as well as various administrative functions pertaining to operations in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance by achieving sales, revenue, and income targets while maintaining cost efficiency and effective budget management.
• Oversee foodcourt operations to ensure smooth service delivery, facility upkeep, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Manage tenant relations through coordination on lease and operations issues, monitoring payments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise merchandise and stock management to maintain inventory accuracy, prevent losses, and support tenant needs efficiently.
• Lead and develop teams by managing recruitment, performance, and training programs to strengthen operational excellence and employee growth.
