Local Operations Supervisor (Individual Contributor)
Key Responsibilities:* Team Leadership & Performance: Manage daily shifts and training for the operations team, ensuring all KPIs (e.g., turnaround time and accuracy) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Process Optimization: Monitor operational data to identify bottlenecks or risks, driving cross-functional improvements with Product and Tech teams to enhance automation and efficiency
- Compliance & Incident Management: Ensure all activities align with local financial regulations (e.g., BSP) and act as the primary point of contact for resolving critical system issues or escalated customer cases
