Your Mission:
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Implement company procedures and policies within the team
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Coordinate with different departments (Warehouse, Sales, Admin, etc.) for seamless operations
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements in processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with company standards, operating procedures, and regulations
- Assist in monitoring operational costs and support management in meeting targets
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Operations Manager / Management
