Job Description

You will oversee a team and ensure that all team/unit objectives and standards are consistently met. Job responsibilities
- Manage costs in line with agreed budgets.
- Manage outsourced print and mail activities
- Support Business and client projects
- Develop relationships with key contact and day to day internal clients.
- Set and review local operating procedures within standard framework.
- Perform management of direct reports including performance evaluations & corrective action, may be involved in some level of salary planning
- Assign & set workflow priorities
- Ensure that training and development for all staff is appropriate and effective
- Have a working knowledge of production equipment in line with job specification.
- Advise users and staff on the appropriate methods of production and provide technical support and advice where necessary
- Manage any reasonable ad hoc duties as required by the Operation Manager
Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years people manager experience
- Strong analytical experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self starter that can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
- Previous experience in a print and mail background
- Logistic background
