The Operations Supervisor is responsible in the day-to-day cinema operations concerns through efficient property management, development, customer service, and marketing activities of the assigned area.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Monitor Personnel work assignment, attendance and appearance.
- Provides reports required by management, including monitoring of hourly sales.
- Review screening time schedule on L.E.D. Monitors and white board for ratings and admission prices.
- Monitors cinema housekeeping, check facilities, including proper installation of standees, advertisements and posters.
- Handle customer complaints on refund, transfer procedure, cinema rules and regulations.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must be willing to work on extended working hours, rest days and holidays.
- Must be customer-service oriented, with supervisory experience in a similar or related job.
