Operations Strategy & Planning Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in supporting the planning, analysis, and implementation of operational strategies by preparing management reports, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and assisting in decision-making. The role also reviews and improves operational policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
• Planning and review operation rules with cross-functional (team/dept.) communication
• Projects implement to improve process of the systems
• To support BU to fulfill customers request and service
• Carry out other duties as and when assigned
• Maintain reports related to not only internal / Head office and external regulations needs
• Generates Covered Transaction Reports / handles the compliance testing and ensures they are submitted to the AML Officer on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Preferably with 5-8 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, business analysis, or project management
• Preferably someone who can speak and understand Mandarin
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation development
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational planning is an advantage
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement initiative
