Responsible in supporting the planning, analysis, and implementation of operational strategies by preparing management reports, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and assisting in decision-making. The role also reviews and improves operational policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.
Planning and review operation rules with cross-functional (team/dept.) communication

To support BU to fulfill customers request and service
Carry out other duties as and when assigned
Maintain reports related to not only internal / Head office and external regulations needs
Generates Covered Transaction Reports / handles the compliance testing and ensures they are submitted to the AML Officer on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Preferably with 5-8 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, business analysis, or project management
Preferably someone who can speak and understand Mandarin
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation development
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational planning is an advantage
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement initiative
