We're looking for an Operations Staff member to join the Investment Banking Operations Unit. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth processing of investment banking transactions by handling documentation, preparing reports, monitoring settlements, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with details, collaborating with different teams, and developing their expertise in banking operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Operations Staff member, you will:

• Review and validate customer and counterparty documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and reconcile IPO sales reports and transaction records.
• Monitor pending requirements and follow up on incomplete documents.
• Support the timely processing and settlement of IPO-related transactions.
• Maintain and organize records through document scanning and safekeeping.
• Prepare regular reports and assist with operational monitoring activities.
• Participate in testing and process improvement initiatives when needed.
• Provide operational support and act as a backup for other processes within the team.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

• A bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience in investment banking operations is an advantage but not required.
