What You'll Do
A successful
Vietnamese SpeakingOperations Specialist will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely verification of candidate information with various institutions and entities, ensuring all activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes initiating checks, performing follow-ups, verifying submitted documents, updating the system, and communicating professionally with points of contact (POCs).
Responsibilities
- Initiate background checks in the GCM pool within 24–48 hours from check order date.
- Conduct verification of candidate information with accuracy and integrity—via email, phone calls, forms, or official channels using Thai native language.
- Ensure all verification attempts are completed correctly and documented fully.
- Upload all required documentation associated with the Thai verification process.
- Complete Thai verification requirements, close off checks, and update the system in a timely manner.
- Raise insufficiencies or missing information as soon as they are identified.
- Perform Thai candidate chasing attempts professionally to obtain required documents and complete the Candidate Data Entry process.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with HR, supervisors, schools, and professional POCs.
- Handle confidential information with utmost care and discretion.
- Update contact cards and system notes based on information gathered during the verification process.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree, but open to undergraduates with relevant experience
- Must be fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written). This is a key requirement.
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas and must be residing in the Philippines.
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment (BPO experience preferred).
What You May Need To Be Successful
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers).
- Amenable to working on night shift or shifting schedules.
- Experience with inbound calls is recommended but not required.
