• Manage and operate battery rental services , including contracts, rental fees, debt collection, e-SIM activation, and handling related complaints.
• Reconcile costs and payment records , including invoices for battery repair and transportation.
• Manage documentation for engine re-registration and coordinate battery allocation.
• Control progress and execution of battery transfer orders for repair, loan, or exchange purposes.
• Monitor and recover battery assets lent or consigned to service centers.
• Prepare periodic reports on battery rental operations and asset utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in service operations, asset management, or after-sales support (preferably in automotive or EV industry).
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and contract management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
