Operations Process Analyst

A Warehousing Operations Process Analyst (OPA) is responsible for evaluating and improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. The role involves analyzing workflows such as receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment, identifying gaps or bottlenecks, and recommending data-driven solutions. The analyst collaborates with warehouse teams and management to implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential to optimize overall warehouse operations.

Preferred candidate is a graduate of Industrial Engineering and possesses above average in communication, presentation, problem solving, logical and analytical skills. We are encouraging new graduates to apply.
