Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Planning and Control Associate based in Quezon City. The role involves overseeing and coordinating operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, creating and implementing strategies for process improvements, and working closely with finance and accounting for budget tracking and reporting. Clear documentation, effective communication with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring operational goals align with company objectives are key functions of this role.

• Experience in finance and accounting for handling budgeting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in operations management to optimize workflows and ensure organizational efficiency
