Job Description

Job Summary

  • In-charge of operations production output, ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of
  • bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties of the organization within
  • the prescribed internal and external controls, regulations, and standards with management and
  • supervisory responsibility over individual members of the unit, with full knowledge and application
  • of current AMLA, Compliance, and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific
  • responsibilities.

How will you contribute

  • Ability to identify problems, recognize the causes within a reasonable period of time, and identify potential solutions
  • Knowledgeable in Specific Functional Work such as Bank's operations, products and services, BSP circulars, regulations and reports, Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
  • Responsible for the production support of specific and/or multiple products and services, such as, but not limited to, processing, documentation, accounting, reportorial, regulatory and compliance adherence, ensuring timely and continuous delivery at all times.
  • Responsible for the performance management of staff, typically rank-and-file, such as, but not limited to, career progression, training and development and succession planning.

What will make you successful

  • College degree
  • Master's degree (not preferred but an advantage)
  • Licensure/certification/accreditation by appropriate government agency or industry association must for relevant positions or else preferred for those that do not require such
  • 5-7 years in banking operations in an officer role
