The Operations Officer will be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of premiums for remittance ascertain adherence to the established guidelines and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Timely extraction of accounts due for remittance.
- Ensure that only valid payments remittance is to be remitted to the Insurance Companies.
- Checking the accounts with claims, if paid and applied, and updates the insurer and BDOI claims department on the status.
- Coordinate with Insurers the request for immediate issuance of Official Receipts.
- Generates and submits management reports as requested.
- Participates in UAT for system enhancements.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Accounting and Finance graduate.
- With at least 1 year of experience in financial reconciliation.
- With strong analytical skills and can deal with third parties/clients.
- With good verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
