Role Description

Fusion CX is seeking a full-time Operations Manager at our Mandaluyong Site for the Telco vertical. In this on-site role, you will lead and oversee the operational performance of your team to meet or exceed client expectations. Core responsibilities include managing day-to-day team operations, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing team environment. You will also be responsible for overseeing and improving processes, providing leadership, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide staff performance
  • Operational management expertise, including process optimization, resource allocation, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination and client dealings
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking capabilities for resolving challenges and improving operations
  • Familiarity with the Telecom industry and experience in managing telecom-related projects or operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting, and basic understanding of automation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
