Job Description – Operations Manager (Treasury Management Technical Support)
Summary:
The TM Technical Support Operations Manager shall be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Treasury Management technical support operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and achievement of business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are complex and require extensive knowledge of company and/or department procedures.
• Oversees daily operations for Treasury Management technical support teams.
• Drives performance against SLAs, KPIs, customer experience, and compliance requirements.
• Manages team leaders, quality, training, and support functions.
• Ensures consistent application of policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Partners with stakeholders to manage change, process improvements, and new product rollouts.
• Reviews operational data, trends, and risks to drive corrective actions.
• Ensures appropriate handling and escalation of fraud and high-risk activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage complex, multi-team environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior operations management experience in a call center or BFS environment for 4 years or more
• Financial Industry experience and/or
• Treasury Management or Banking Operations exposure
